**ORDER PROCESSING + Shipping windows**

SHIPPING WINDOWS: Regular shipping windows will be 4-10 business days. Release days/promotions/sales of any kind will have shipping windows of 7-14 business days. Please note: this timeframe excludes all weekends & holidays. The VB Team always does our very best to fulfill each and every order in a timely manner. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped & you can also view your order status at any time on the Order History page in the shop if you have a VB account set up.

VBKIT QUESTIONS? If you are wanting the status on a VBKIT RESERVATION shipment, please check the original product listing for status updates before contacting. You can also check the VB Calendar.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS? If you have a question regarding a specific product in the shop, please review the product listing & description in full prior to contacting, especially any BOLD RED sections. Important information pertaining to the products is always available in the product listings for easy access.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES? I do accept wholesale orders. Please send me a message so I can work with you directly.
