We know you're excited to receive your new VB goodies!  However, at times our shipping does get backed up due to holidays, special promotions and new releases. Please be patient with us around these times. This page will be updated with the current timeframe until you receive your shipping notification email. Before contacting us please make sure your order date falls between 3-7 business days (standard processing time) and check below for updates. Preorders (VB Kits, product supplies, etc.) have the estimated shipping times on the actual listing. Please check there if you are wondering when your kit will ship. During sales and promotional times we do get more orders than usual- shipping can take 10 -14 + business days.
