What is VBMail Club?
VBMail Club is a monthly creative mail club from VillabeauTIFFul. Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope filled with stationery, paper details, and a mini editorial-style zine, all inspired by a monthly theme. Every edition is designed to feel personal, creative, and easy to enjoy.
Inside each VBMail, you’ll find a mix of paper goods and creative details that are easy to enjoy and fun to use. At the heart of every envelope is The VB Edit zine, a mini editorial-style piece inspired by the month’s theme. Its pages are designed to reflect that theme through visual storytelling, creative spaces, and thoughtful details, including a special section called From Tiff’s Desk, where I share a personal letter written like a note between creative friends.
How does it work?
Your monthly VB moment, beautifully delivered the old-fashioned way, straight to your mailbox.
Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. Join between the 1st and 10th to receive that month’s VBMail envelope. Subscriptions placed after the 10th will begin with the following month’s mail.
VBMail envelopes are thoughtfully prepared and mailed toward the end of each month, giving you something special to open as the next month begins. Shipping is always free for U.S. customers. For our international friends, an additional cost for international stamps will be applied at checkout.
You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Join January 3 → receive the January VBMail, mailed toward the end of January
Join January 10 → receive the January VBMail, mailed toward the end of January
Join January 11 → your first envelope will be the February VBMail
Join January 25 → your subscription begins with the February VBMail
What’s included?
Each envelope includes:
The VB Edit zine, featuring a personal From Tiff’s Desk letter
One 3.5 × 4.5 sticker sheet, designed exclusively for VBMail
One vinyl sticker inspired by the month’s theme
One 4 × 6 card, which changes each month and may be an art card, postcard, note card, greeting card, or coloring card
2–4 coordinating bits & pieces, such as die cuts, additional stickers, or specialty paper details that add texture, interest, and a little surprise

Frequently Asked Questions
How is VBMail different from past VBKits?
If you’re familiar with VBKits, it’s helpful to know that VBMail is intentionally different. VBKits were full stationery kits that often included a wide range of planner products and a VBPen. VBMail Club is designed to be simpler and lighter, with a focus on paper goods, printed details, and creative storytelling rather than a full product kit. VBMail is meant to feel like a small creative pause delivered by mail, something easy to enjoy and return to throughout the month without feeling overwhelming.
When will I receive my first VBMail?
If you join between the 1st and 10th, your first VBMail will ship toward the end of that month. Subscriptions placed after the 10th will begin with the following month’s mail.
Example:

What is the cutoff date for each month?
The cutoff is the 10th of each month. Joining by the 10th counts for that month’s VBMail, regardless of how many days are in the month.
When does VBMail ship?
VBMail is thoughtfully prepared and mailed toward the end of each month, giving you something special to open as the next month begins. Exact ship dates may vary slightly, and updates will always be shared if there are any changes. You will not receive tracking as this is a letter envelope and will use regular postage stamps to be shipped.
Is VBMail a recurring subscription?
Yes, VBMail Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically on the 1st of every month. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account before the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed for the month, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
What happens if I pause, skip, or resume my subscription?
You can pause or skip your subscription anytime through your account. When you choose to resume or reactivate, your card will be charged immediately for the upcoming mail drop to secure your spot.
Why is payment charged immediately when I resume?
VBMail Club is a made-to-order mail subscription. Each month’s contents are planned and prepared based on active members, so immediate billing helps ensure timely production and fair access for all subscribers.
Can I change my shipping address for my subscription?
Yes! You can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your account and editing your subscription details. If you’d prefer, you’re also welcome to contact us and we can help update it for you. To ensure your mail reaches you correctly, we recommend making any address changes before the 15th of the month. Once envelopes have been processed or mailed, we’re unable to guarantee address changes for that month’s delivery.
Can I order other items to ship with my VBMail subscription?
At this time, VBMail Club ships on its own and can’t be combined with other shop orders. Each month’s mail is carefully packaged in a stamped mailing envelope to deliver that classic happy mail experience, which means additional items can’t be added to the shipment. You’re always welcome to place separate orders for other shop items — they’ll ship on their own with standard packaging and care.
Can I purchase multiple VBMail subscriptions?
Yes, you can! Each VBMail subscription just needs to be placed separately. This helps us keep everything organized so every envelope gets the love, details, and delivery it deserves. Perfect if you’re treating yourself and sending a little happy mail to someone else 💕
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because VBMail is a curated subscription with limited quantities, all sales are final. If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.
Why can’t discount codes or VBRewards be used on VBMail Club?
VBMail Club is already thoughtfully priced as a special members-only offering. Because each month’s mail is carefully planned, printed, and prepared just for subscribers, additional discounts and rewards can’t be applied at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding — your subscription directly supports the care, creativity, and details that make VBMail Club such a special experience each month.
Is VBMail suitable for journaling and planning?
Yes. VBMail is designed to work beautifully for journaling, planning, memory-keeping, and creative paper play. You can use the pieces however they fit into your creative routine.
Will past VBMail editions be restocked?
VBMail editions are created in limited quantities and are not guaranteed to be restocked once they sell out. Each month is designed to be a special, one-time release, however, if there are any extras you’ll be notified via a VB newsletter and on shopvillabeautifful instagram.
Is VBMail available internationally?
Yes, VBMail Club is available internationally.
